So, typists Momma called the landlord today.

They talked for a while.
She suggested "renting to own" that way she could pick her own insurance.
He said that it's an idea to consider.

He will be calling the owner of the house and getting back to us.

I have my paws crossed.
Because, while moving would be awesome, owning our house would be better.
