Mommy woke up on June 9th to the sound of me coughing and having bad diarrhea. She put me in the litter box but when I tried to walk around I was very groggy.  She put me up on the bed with her.  I was very weak and couldn't even hold my head up to eat.  She also noticed that I was shivering.  She wrapped me in blankets and called the vets.  They told me to come in ASAP.  When I got there they said my temperature was only 99.2 where it should be around 100.  They also said I was very dehydrated.  They gave me some shots with fluids and put me on a heating pad. They said it was roundworms and the sickness comes on real quick.  Mommy asked the doctor if he thought I would be alright, but all the doctor said was he wasn't certain.   So, they sent me home with some antibiotics, dewormer and some special food.  He told mommy to get me pedialyte.  She had to use a medicine dropper to feed me and give me the pedialyte every hour or so.
