I think you probably can, but I would call them and check, or maybe even get the list of ingredients and ask your vet.  It should be on the website, if not I will list them for you off of a bottle, let me know if you need me.

Absolutely Tuffy!! It says "promotes strong joints and bones"  and other stuff, like promtes healthy joints in growing dogs. That would maybe be you. You might be all done growing but it should help you feel better. I treally helps me but I always get 3 a day instead of 2. You would probably only have to take one. I'm a little bigger that you! Hey There,Whiskey do You think if I took That Fresh Factors, It might help my Front Leg! I am only 4 Yrs. old, but My Front Leg Hurts and I limp Sometimes! Mom Does want Me to Run much because of it, and I love Running. I have even Put on some weight, which doesn't help, because Mom will not let me Run as Much! I donno any body have or no what Might Help! Thanx

Another really good supplement is Fresh Factors by Springtime Inc. It's a natural product with stuff like bee pollen and pork liver and stuff. I started taking it after I threw my back and knee out. My bones don;t creak anymore when I roll over! And I surprised the heck out of Mom recently when I went up the front stairs!  All 14! I hope you start to feel better. 

Tara my mommy gives me Glyco Flex III BY vETRI-sCIENCE it does help me. Last year mommy thought I would have to be put to sleep, because I couldn't walk, than my Dr told me to take this and I can walk now. I just can't walk long distance and climbing upstairs. I'm just starting to have problems going down the stairs so mommy carries me in case I fall. Thanks for your concern.

Awww Poor Yoshi !! I am more than sure your mum dosen't mind she loves you and doesn't want you to hurt yourself !! Your mum loves you loads and you bring her joy cause you are her bestest friend and she knows that if you had to do it for her then you would and you wouldn't mind either!  Arthritis is a horrible thing my doggy sister Tia has that also!! She is struggling these days too and spends most of her time sleeping!!! My mum was wondering Yoshi what type of medicine you get for arthritis where you stay?? Tia gets METACALM but she also used to get steriod based tablets but they gave her other problems so the vet just said use METACALM!! Mum doesn't think its helping her much though!!
