URGENT!!! MPR needs YOUR help in providing a FOSTER HOME for these cherished pets, Tessa and Franklin.
Sadly, their owner of 6 years recently passed away and the surviving owner is not well enough right now to take care of them. Franklin and Tessa have been cherished pets for six years and will NOT do well in boarding. MPR does not have any available foster homes for them to go to. Ideally, we'd like to see them placed into a foster home together. Can YOU help? Please ...
Foster Situation: Tessa DESPERATELY needs a foster home and preferably with Franklin. These sweethearts have lived together for 6 years and will NOT do well separated or especially in boarding! PLEASE, can you help by providing them with a loving foster home?
Personality: As if being a real beauty was not enough, Tessa is also one of the sweetest dog you will ever meet.... A true testimony of the breed, Tessa combines the best qualities a dog has to offer. Extremely loving with people, as sweet, loving and cuddly as can be, very, very well behaved, easy, obedient, sensitive, yet fun-loving, this white beauty with evenly cropped ears is the perfect companion.
Her only flaw? She comes with a big clumsy Bulldog.... Franklin.
We know that finding a home for Tessa if she was alone would be a piece of cake. Gems like her don't come along very often... She truly is one in a million and her amazing beauty alone is enough to win anyone's heart.
But separating those sweethearts who have never been apart for the last 6 years just breaks our heart. We will do everything we can to find them a home together even though we know that placing "two" dogs in a home is a great challenge. We feel those two are exceptionally good though and hope this will work in their favor in order to find someone willing to welcome both of them.
The dogs don't have a lot of time. They currently have nowhere to go and placing them in boarding would be a devastating experience for them, especially considering they just lost their owners of 6 years. The dogs are currently kept with a volunteer who is over pet limit and they cant stay there more than a few days. Please help!!!
Training: Tessa is completely housebroken and crate trained. She has great house manners, knows basic obedience and really is just about as easy as a dog can be. Tessa initially came from KY where she was abandoned in a boarding facility. So its the second time in her life this sweetheart suffers a broken heart. We can only hope she will now find a forever home and a peaceful environment for the rest of her life.
Best Attribute: Her great beauty, inside and out....
