Toby is a very people type orientated dog, he likes to sit at your feet. He is always right behind you, and he noses you when he wants attention. He does not like to be chased, and does not like to be yelled at. We aren't sure if he was a victim of abuse, he was just dropped off at the pound one day. He can jump really high, and he barks alot when he wants something.
