Hi, my name is Cassie. I am a 10 year old sweetheart kitty... My mom's bestest buddy...She got me for her daughter when she was 6, but I fell in love with my Mama instead. I'm pretty much an inside kitty, but love an occasional stroll on the back porch or in the back yard if it is quiet outside. And I usually CREEP along on my fat belly and everyone says I am the typical "fraidy cat". God forbid I should hear a loud noise! I'll then bolt back into the house to hide. My favorite trick is to lie on my back, bring my back legs OVER my head, hook 2 back claws into the carpet, brace myself, and then play like crazy with my tail. I am also known as an avid bird and blowing leaf watcher, and I can't help it, I cackle at anything that moves outside. If my Mama makes a panting sound, I will lay down, purr, and roll around, and meow~EVERY TIME! I will run out of the room if my 16 yr. old sister spells anthing out loud!!! Tone of her voice perhaps? I never did like her! She cut holes in paper plates and fit them on my head for my "birthday". Wow, what fun... I will stay up to the point of exhaustion to kill any wayward fly or moth that has strayed into our home. People make fun of me, and I could care less. I really only like my Mama. But I like Daddy if it's cold outside OR he has ice cream! Mama thinks I groom myself too much, and sometimes I cough up hairballs, but she loves me anyway!
