After Clover died, Petunia was lonely.  Tulip had been living on a goat farm.  She was scrawny because she was sick as a baby.  The other goats at the farm picked on her so she came to live with Petunia.  Now Petunia is the only one who picks on her.  Tulip's bottom jaw is a little out of line which causes her tongue to stick out the side of her mouth.  It looks really silly.
