Nicknames: Vin Diesel, Diesel Tonka Truck, Dingleberry and Humpty Pet Peeves: Being dyed pink! My story: Poor Diesel sat on the end of a chain whining for some kind of attention. Sometimes a few scraps or possibly dog food was thrown out to him, and water was scarse. The only "bed" he had to call his own was an old red rug that got wet, froze and thawed several times. The dye in the red rug turned his white legs pink. Diesel thought: "Pink of all colors... how embarassing for a boy dog". BUT then came this wonderful lady (and she was really pretty too). She gave him a dog house, straw to stay warm and regular dog food. A couple weeks went by and Diesel's prayers were answered when he was allowed off the chain and into the arms of that wonderful lady, Diesel called her his doggy angel. Diesel is now safe and warm in a foster home. He is SO loveable it is amazing! He LOVES other dogs and can't seem to get enough play time in the back yard! He is also respectful to the kitty cats in the home. AND he is very gentle to the little girl (less than 2 years old) that lives with him too. His foster family can not say enough about this sweet puppy!! Diesel is looking for a new home of his very own! A home that will love him, give him lots of chew todys, let him sleep inside and never ever put him on a chain again! Diesel is fully vetted and neutered. He is doing GREAT on house training AND kennel training. At only 6+ months old he has had few accidents! He is very eager to please and is learning inside manners since being inside is such a new thing. UPDATE: 4/29/08 We believe Diesel was born in July/August 2007. He currently weighs around 45lbs. He is housetrained and doing GREAT in his foster home!
