How I Arrived To My Family: Mom was looking for a guinea pig so she went to a store called Fins and Feathers. Now, usualy mom gets pets from shelters, but the shelter had no guinea pigs at the time. So, mom walked into fins and feathers. She came over to my cage, actualy, tank. She saw my little face and thought, awww!!!!!!!!She watched me for a little while. I was mainly staying in my card board box I had and looking like I was about to die. Thats how scared I was. mommy didn't know why, she wasn't moving, not making eye contact with me, just looking around the tank, and occasionaly at me. She left the cage to see if she could hold me, thinking maybe I was just statled and would be fine in a few minutes. The pet store owner took me out, picking me up the WRONG way, and held me in a very uncomfortable position. Mom tried to hold me, but I was so scared, the pet store person could barley hold me. He put me back in the cage after mom had pet me. Mom thought for a moment... she thought it would be best to get me, so I could have a better life than being in a small cage, held the wrong way, and being just plain scared. Mom brought me home. I took me SO long to be able to be held and pet. But, I fianaly did, and mom is glad she got me, she loves me, I love her.
