Nicknames: Nuttymeger, Nutty

How I Arrived To My Family: I’m not supposed to tell anyone this, but my Mom actually stole me away from a big mean man! He never hurt me, but he scared me real bad. When my Mom saw this, she told him off and took me home to live forever with her. I was her very first baby and she held me in her arms and cuddled me until I stopped shaking – it was the best day of my life! She brought me my own bed, special food, lots of toys, catnip, cat grass, cat treats, taught me how to play fetch and to walk on a leash. She didn’t even mind when I wanted to sleep in her bed instead of mine. My original name was “Tabby”, but my Mom told me I was too special to be called such a common name and she started to call me “CatNip” until all her friends called me “KL”. When Mom figured out that they were calling me KL because they thought my name was “KittyLitter” (yuck), she decided to call me “Nutmeg” since I was the same colour. My Mom works long hours and didn’t like leaving me alone so she decided that I should have a little brother or sister to keep me company. That’s when she got a little grey and white tabby cat and we called him “Parsley”. Parsley was my best friend for 18 years, until he got sick and passed away. Both Mom and I were really sad and cried all the time. We both loved Parsley a lot. Than one day Mom brought me to a special place where there were all these little kittens and she let me pick out which one I wanted – I picked out “Cilantro” she was so beautiful and loving and Mom name her. Mom told me she name her “Cilantro” in honour of “Parsley” since Cilantro is Chinese Parsley. Cilantro was just a little ball of fur when we first brought her home and her most favourite toy was my tail, but I didn’t really mind…after awhile I got use to having a tail attachment! I’m not really sure what Mom brought home the next year, but he had long skinny legs, big ears, no fur except on his tail and it was curly – he looked just like the Cat in the Hat! We called him Tarragon. Now I’m in Heaven with Parsley and we are watching over Mom, Cilantro and Tarragon. Someday we will all be together!
