I'm not exactly sure what goes on in the room when kitties get declawed, so I'm pretty cool about that subject.  Jewels was declawed mainly because he was too fond of them and it didn't end well for the kids because he had aggression problems at the time..Though we worked through it and he's the nicest cat you'll ever meet, I can guarantee that he misses his claws. 

Oh, so you are related to Snipett..how did I not notice that?

As for me being afraid of cats -- the answer I give depends on who's asking.  Are you declawed?
