How I Arrived To My Family:
I was rescued from the pound when I was 4 weeks old.
My Personality:
I was a very, very sweet girl whom was very loyal. I took the job of keeping my 3 young children protected. I loved to run and play chase with the kids. I would "sing" for pizza and I would "talk" for a peck on my nose.
My Tricks:
As I mentioned above I would sing and talk for rewards. I could shake hands, roll over and sit on command. I could balance a treat on my nose until I was told it was alright to eat it.
Favorite Food:
Pizza, chicken and steak
Favorite Treats:
chicken flavored rawhide chews and soup bones
Favorite Walk:
I loved to walk anywhere I could see a rabbit in the wild.
Favorite Toys:
I loved to play tug of war with old socks tied in knots on both ends
Favorite Activities:
Running, going for walks and spending time with the kids
A Typical Day:
I loved to spend time with my Mom on the porch while she brushed my golden coat, I would play in the back yard with the kids then we would have lunch and take naps together. I was often put to nap with the kids with a blankie covering me and a pacifier in the mouth. Then I would spend the evening with my Mom and Dad.
Happiest Moment:
When I discovered that beautiful baby girl that was somehow left in our living room. (My mom and dad placed their new born baby in the living room for me to discover so that I would the one to discover her without any jealously
Favorite House Spot:
I had three favorite spots. Next to the kitchen cabinet, next to my mom's bed and next to the baby crib.
Places I Have Visited:
I have been only to West Virginia - we had to visit grandma.
Things I Own:
Pink bowls and blankets, many balls and knotted socks.
My Little Mischiefs:
I would chase the family cat around the house so badly that the cat would often remain hidden under the bed for hours.
My Health:
I lived until I was 14 years old. Until the month before my passing I was a very healthly pup. My only real problem was that I was getting old.
