How I Arrived To My Family: Poppa found me at the pet store when I was seven weeks old and bought me and brought me home to be part of the family. I was a little fur-ball back then! Momma was not too thrilled about having a second Keeshond around because we are BIG FUR SHEDDERS! She got over it quickly because of my wonderful personality and winning ways.

My Personality: I was the best and most gentle of all the pets in the family. I wanted to be the boss, but a stray shepherd that we called Sam, came into the family and took over my job. We had quite a few fights over that , but being little for my breed, I always lost and had a few scars to show for it, too. I never gave up the battle with Sam, even to the end of my life! I was a character, all right!

My Tricks: I never did learn any tricks, except for how to look hungry so I could get lots of treats from the dinner table. Haha! I used to lay in the middle of the bed or floor, on my back and kick my paws in the air until I got attention and a belly rub!

Favorite Food: Cheese! Yea for CHEESE! I got 1/2 of a slice of cheese for being a good boy or just because I am so special, I'm not sure which it was, but I luvs my cheese!

Favorite Treats: I loved milk bones and doggie biscuits! I could eat a whole box of doggie biscuits if I got a hold of a box. Momma always kept them out of my reach. She knew her boy all too well! HeeHee!

Favorite Walk: I enjoyed walking around in our yard and sniffing all the trees. I liked the neighborhood walks, too, but I often got tuckered out before getting back home, making Momma pick me up to carry me sometimes....and I wasn't all that light at 37 pounds!

Favorite Toys: I never did like toys very much, just people!

Favorite Activities: I loved going outside for potty breaks because I got to play in the yard, too, for a while. The Dog Park was also on the top of my list of favorites.

A Typical Day: Getting up at 6:00 or 6:30A.M. for our first potty outing of the day is how we started our morning, then back to my kennel to sleep untill 9:00A.M. We got fed at 11:00A.M. and again at 6:00P.M. and a light snack at 9:30....then back to the kennel for bedtime. In between our day consisted of sleeping, outdoor potty breaks many times throughout the day, playing with the other pets, mainly Keesie for me, and with Momma and Poppa. Poppa was my favorite!

Happiest Moment: The thing I loved most was being held by Momma and getting belly rubs, and being petted and spoiled by my Poppa! I miss all of that, but I am happy here at the Rainbow Bridge because I have met lots of new friends.

Favorite House Spot: My favorite spot in the house was the big bed, all snuggled up next to Poppa!

Places I Have Visited: I haven't gone anywhere except to the boarding school when momma and poppa used to travel. The Vet was my only other place I went to, and we all know that the Vet is NOT our favorite place!

Things I Own: I was not very materialistic. I called the whole house mine, though.

My Little Mischiefs: I had a bad habit of starting fights with brother dog, Sam, and he always won because he was so much bigger than me. Then Momma would yell at Sam for being bad. She didn't know it was me starting the trouble! HeeHee!

My Health: Before I came to the Bridge I was always sickly, but now at the Bridge, I am very healthy and happy.
