JJ was originally adopted from the Shelter. He was adopted in to our family when he was 8 months old. This was when a co-worker got pregnant and the did not think they should keep hinm with a new born baby,

 

JJ was very naughty when he was younger and seems to have outgrown most of his evil ways. JJ loves to be held and loves to be cuddled. He is a puurr monster.

 

JJ can be fiesty with the dogs, especially Pepeiao who does not tolerate it well. JJ can hold his onw and always comes back for more of Pepeiao's attitude. Maile Nei gets along very good with JJ. 

 

JJ was not happy about having a new brother Kiko but has adjusted wqell and seems to love cat company. It takes hin a week or more to warm up to cousin Suki and Kainoa when they come home. JJ does not have any patience for naughty Kainoa and JJ has no problem letting Kainoa know who is Alpha in this house.

 

JJ has one purpose in life ... To find a way out of the house. He is very sneaky and can open doors on his own. He is a house cat and lives each day running between open doors trying to find his escape route. Attempts were made to let him play outside but JJ turned out to be the neighborhood bully and attacks the other neighborhood cats for no good reason and usually comes home with too many battle wounds. So JJ is no longer allowed outside to play unsupervised.  On nice days he is taken out on a leash but continues to look for his escape route over the fence. JJ is a love at home. He will just step aside to let Kiko eat. JJ's favorite pass time is eating and taking catnaps.
