Call the Police..and they will come and tell them they have to do something about it..After so many complaint's filed...the owners will have to go to court..And the Judge will decide what is to be done...That is what they do here anyways... |

Yes I think that is how a beagle sounds , some just like to howl like that , but if it keeps up after dark , like say bedtime then call the police , they should handle that kind of stuff. I bet when all 5 of them are going at it it must be awful for you ... you could also check on the laws in your area some cities , you are only allowed certain number of dogs , around you can only own 3 in city limits . You could ask your neighbor to keep them in at night , then they would be quiet ...I hope your problem gets resolved ! |

I would say to talk to the owner of the dogs and tell them if they can quite down there dogs at night.. if in a few days it continues then call the police. |
