INBOX issues
well, i have not been able to log into my inbox for MONTHS! some pets have asked me if i just don't want to be friends with them (this is not the case fellas) i just have 9000+ inbox messages, and it (my inbox) takes 30 mins to load. there fore i have not gone in in MONTHS. the main problem is when everone sends me a card, it sends me a notification to my inbox, and 8700+ of the 9000+ inbox messages are card notices. the cards are nice, but not at the expence of not being able to get my messages or friend requests. i have 2 suggestions
1)make the inbox so it displays 20 (or so) messages at a time so it doesnt take so long to load
2) eliminate email notifiations for cards, seeings thou u can view them from your page also
if anyone else has suggestions, feel free. b/c i cant think of anything else. |

WOW Rocky thats a lot of messages!! BOL!
Maybe pikapet could have a seperate place for E card notifications from normal messages??
I don't know though?!

yeah i try to go in and delet as much as i can, so i can get to the good stuff (requests and stuff) but it goes SO SLOW i can ususaly only deleat a couple hundred, its over welming!!! |

I found you got to do a clear out every now and then. Computers! I have 3 messages (that are not really there) forever!! If you delete the messages just don't delete the friend requests. Just delete the cards cause they are on your page anyways and they are what is really taking up the space and holding back the system. I know it is a lot but just do some everyday and in a week maybe they will go down in numbers. Sorry I am not much help.

I have had the same problem, just not that many! I don't open all my cards, just a few from the pets I am really good pals with. I also have 1 message that isn't really there. I guess Pikapet didn't hear us, Maile? |

that happened to us too, it showed 1 message not read & nothing was there. we had to delete all the ecard notifications, unfortunately it signed us out while we were working on it and had to start all over again. If you can get it to load, delete like 50 ecards at a time. then do some more...unfortunately it's very time consuming. |

tell me about it, time consuming! i dont even usualy spend long enough on the computer to even get loged in to my mail! nuts! and then when i try to open it and walk away sumone else will need to use the computer, and they close the window b/c the computer goes retardedly slow

ive got my inbox down to a little more than 8700, it took over 45 min's... lets see what i can acomplish today |

some days I have same problem ... the loading thingy... just keeps going round and round ...lol but of course I am not that far behind on messages ... wish ya luck Rocky |

yes, i have fallen rather far behind in my messages, when the problem statred i only had about 1000 messages, now its back up to 8960, and i deleated a bunch to, a half an hours worth. i wish they could just make it to only show so many messages, so that it wouldnt go so slow |
