Comments are for Public View and should not be confused with Private. If they weren't made to be Public they would not be able to be viewed by everyone - whether they are online or offline and  whether you belong to Pikapet or not. That seems to be why we also have private messages - so no one can see it.

Maybe you should advocate for blocked pages - as I suggested a while ago - that might elimininate those feelings of comment stalking.

Yeah, well my main problem is...if someones havin a problem with someone else, it's best just to stay outta it.

It's fun, I'll go and admit that. But if there's something juicy that shouldn't seriously be said, don't say it at all. Say it in a message so you won't get comment stalked. XDD It's not like I'm going to run with some juicy info and rat somebody out. I'm too cool for that.

I stalk my comments all the time! I crack myself up! But like MaileNei said, it's public-viewed, made. A thread won't stop this nonsense. I know, I've tried!

Okay so now when we want to talk or want to say a couple curse words lets make sure to private message so all the nosey people on pikapet don't see the curse words and faint..... pft no!

I personally don't care if people read what I write to others, they can read all they want, but don't go behind my back and make a whole thread about what I wrote to someone else, especially if it had nothing to do with you.  

I agree with you Ace, I don't curse on pikapet but if I wanted to I would, if you don't want to see curse words it's simple: Don't look at that persons comments. If you know the person curses a lot than just avoid them.

Exactly exactly everyone. Alot of the problems posted around the Off Topic forums these days can be fixed with a little bit of common sense, rather than stirring up trouble. If you don't want something to be heard, don't say it where it will be heard! Simple as that. But I still play by the rule: If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all....it often comes back to haunt you ;)

you all say say it in a message but thier are times on my computer where i cant message,and right  now Bruno cant message at all not till he comes back from vacation, i know comments are public but how about i go to your page and read alll of your comments then type rude remarks about it all in a blog or on your page, all im saying is the comment isnt addressed to you so why bother reading it?

Comments are public and can be viewed by anyone, so I guess if something is personal, you should private message that person. 

I think Pikapet should have an option like "only view my page if your on my friends list" or "anyone can view my page" It would pretty much stop all these disagreements because people are deleting pets off their list anyways.

Yeah, your right, people should mind their own, but they don't. You are on the internet and your going to get people like that. They aren't always gonna play by your rules -- just ignore/block or whatever you have to do to get rid of them.

Please don't start drama on this forum, guys... Ace was just trying to prove a point, that people don't need to stalk other people's comments. Say what you want to me now.... but I have to agree with Ace.

Sometimes it doesn't work for me because I've wrote too many words or something.

some people have a lot of time on their hands to read other peoples comments..i would never think of doing that or even do it
