This behavior is what we here call, "zoomies". Why the happen I am not sure, all you can do is sit back and laugh, although a good solid recall can get her running your direction. If she is running from you, this is because she believes you are attempting to play with her, as you will commonly see two dogs at play acting in this nature, running the opposite direction often turns the tides of this game.
