Please HELP!!!!

My mommy and daddy are thinking about giving me away.....because I start going crazy when I see other dogs or people for that matter!...They dont want me to hurt any of tyheir kids.....I know if they give me away I will be heart-broken as well as my humans......My mom and dad say that if they cant get me to calm down they have to get rid of me.Please help me and my humans......any ideas how to help me get use to dogs and humans please let me know..A.S.A.P!!!

I don't know much about doggies, my auntie has never owned one, but perhaps obidience shcool? It seems you aren't listening to your peoples and are being over protective towards them. Hopefully someone with more doggie expierence will see your post and come up with an idea or 2. ((Hugs))

I agree. Your humans need to learn how to communicate with you more effectively. Constructive obedience training would be very helpful for both you.

I have the same problem with other doggies I run into in the park *Peanut's ears perk up at the word park* you really need to find a good behavior trainor, not just any obedience school...try to find one that specializes in aggressive dogs, but all of your humans need to stick with the training, you can't be trained by one & when you are with another of your humans all the rules go out the window. training is a constant thing....sheesh, I'm still learning. ma mami seen in a pet cataloge (petedge) some vitamins tht calm doggies down shee if ur family looks in to tht so u can stay with them...

If it's an option please talk to a behaviourist. They may be able to help trigger why your dog acts that way, and help dissuade the behaviour.

Dogs are for life... When you take a dog into your home they are not (or should not) be "just dog" they are family members, you are signing an unwritten contract to love this dog through thick and thin when you take a dog into your home.
