sounds like those people should be sent to a puppy mill to live in a cage with poopies on them and not enough food and water...then we should all go by to kick them.  Okay so it's a dream of my mommies to have all people who are cruel to animals live in the worst enviornment possible... 

Be very careful they might try to poison you with food or something...we don't want to see you hurt so be careful.

If you are having problems with your neighbors, its important that your Mommy or Daddy go out with you each time you go out and supervise you and check the yard for things they may have thrown in.  I know it sounds bad, but Mommies friend had a similar problem and the neighbor threw poison over the fence and the dog died.   So its really important that you are watched closely when you have problems with bad neighbors. 

Make sure you have documentation on anything just for safety sake.  Check city ordaninces too, might be something about throwing stuff or trash into a neighbors yard, or even loud music...

If you can prove that they are throwing those things in your yard you can have them charged with trespassing.  But the tough part might be proving it.  I like the idea of the camera - especially if you can do it for just $30.

Otherwise, Kirby is probably right.  You don't want to anger them more - you never know what they might do next.

Do you live in a neighborhood with a homeowner's association?  If so, that might be the best route to take. 

That is SOOOOO sad. OMG. How could ANYONE do that? Besides what is already mentioned, I don't know what to tell you.

That is sad! I hate what you and your family are going through,it angers me! No one deserves to have that happen to them.Humans can be so cruel!! Make sure you do get proof of them in action.Hope you and family can overcome the horrors of it one day.

Until you quit having trouble with you neighbor's please go outside and check the yard before letting your dog outside.

That's horrible. I've noticed Ozzie and mainly, Angel, come inside with small bones before, and I've seen them outside. On one side of us our neighbours absolutely LOVE our dogs (during the winter they even shovelled a path to our fence because they give them treats (milk bones, etc)) But I wouldn't expect them to give them bones without asking, especially such small ones. I don't like the neighbours on or other side, but the wife of the house doesn't mind the dogs at all, even when they bark at her (she will say to me: "It's alright, they're just curious" when I try to get them to stop barking) but her husband has a bad temper, we've never gotten on his bad side so I don't think he would throw bones over the fence. And we don't even know the people behind us.

Someone throws little pieces of glass in our yard, but Max never eats them or anything. Maybe you should go buy a tie out stake ,and tie your doggie there so he can't go everywhere he wants too :[

Its down right DISGUSTING what some humans do to other living beings!! Mummy says that she wants to hang her head in shame because HUMANS seem to be the most EVIL and destructive force on the planet!!!  She says that sometimes she feels just so AWFULL to be apart of the human race!! She says that when she comes back to life in another form it will be a tree.... So that she can give back oxygen and life to others that mankind has soo cruelly destroyed!!!! ( Sorry but I had to share that after I read this forum!!)
