There have been so many fakes on here. I know that this problem is a strong topic. But some have been celebrity fakes, non-animal fakes, and the most horrible thing, fakes that are showing racist. I do have problems with the pet fakes, but when you are being racist. You have gone to far. A user that is a racist fake has been on since February 7. Today is the 10 and who knows how long it will be on here! 3 days is actually a long time for a fake. It needs to be taken care of. The only thing it's going to do is make the users on here mad and eventually leave.
Why hasn't Pikapet gotten rid of the trash? I don't know. I could understand if the moderator as in one had family issues, but from my understanding "The Pikapet Team" is more than one. I am sure that all of them have not had family issues or to busy, that would be to coincidental.
You don't just leave dogs together and think they will get a long. You decided to get them, so you need to watch them and make sure nothing happens. Pikapet needs to clean up the fakes, or they will lose users. I am tired of this. I report them Pikapet just hasn't listened yet.
This site needs to be appropriate for users, that are young. They don't need bad influence.
We know when a pet is a fake when we see it on Google. If we give the site to you, it means they are photo stealing and fake.I would hate to have to leave this site, because it is really fun. but the fakes are getting to be over barring. It's ridiculous!

I totally agree, we need extra moderators or something! I'm not sure what pikapet could do to help resolve future problems quicker and more effectivly but something needs to be done! |

I agree! Also, tech support should be improved. I've reported some problems and have never had any sort of response. It would just take a few minutes to compose a "Hey, thanks for reporting this issue! We'll look into it" email! |
