Fourteen years ago a handful of people got together and decided that they should help do something about the number of unwanted domestic animals in our area. At that time they decided to form an organization called " Pet Neutering Services, Inc.". Pet Neutering Service's function was to help limited income people spay/neuter their pets. |

License Plate Guide - Pet Friendly

The Governor signed legislation into law on January 11, 2002 that allows for the issuance of Pet Friendly license plates. Proceeds from these plates goes into a pet overpopulation fund to provide money for spaying and neutering Illinois Companion animals. |
